Whether you’re celebrating or just looking for a creative night out, our paint parties provide a relaxed environment where anyone can paint — no experience needed!

✨ What Is a Paint Party?

A paint party is a guided, step-by-step creative experience where every guest paints their own project to take home at the end of the event. It’s social, hands-on, and perfect for groups who want a unique activity instead of the usual dinner or drinks.

You choose the event location, gather your group, and we bring everything you need to paint and have a great time!

🕒 Experience Length

Our adult paint parties typically last about 1 to 1.5 hours depending on the design, group size, and pace.

This makes it the perfect add-on to dinner plans, social nights, or private events without taking up the entire evening.

🎨 What We Provide:

We supply everything needed for the painting portion of your event, including:

✔ Step-by-step painting guidance

✔ Canvases or wood surfaces (depending on the project)

✔ Paints, brushes & all painting materials

✔ (Optional) Simple backdrop upon request (we do not offer a full photo booth — more on that below)

🍷 About Drinks & Food

We do not provide alcohol or food.

If your event is being hosted at a venue that sells drinks or allows BYOB, you may follow their policies. This keeps things simple, safe, and compliant with each location.

If alcohol is not desired, no problem — paint parties are just as fun without it!

📸 About Backdrops & Photos

We do NOT offer full themed photo booth setups — however, we can provide a simple backdrop such as arches upon request.

This is perfect if you want a clean background for group photos.

 📍 Location / Venue Requirements

We do not provide the venue.

You will need to choose and secure your event location — and then we will bring the painting experience to you.

💰 Booking Details & Policies

To ensure each event runs smoothly, please review our booking policies below:

  • All bookings are non-refundable.
    Each event is prepared in advance with materials pre-cut, pre-planned, or purchased specifically for your date, therefore refunds are not available.
  • One-Time Rescheduling:
    If something changes, we allow a one-time reschedule as long as the new date is approved and materials have not been used. This is subject to availability.
  • Payment Requirements:
    Payment is required to secure your date. Your event is not considered booked until payment is received.
  • Venue & Capacity:
    Host must secure the location and ensure adequate seating/table space for guests.
  • Start Times:
    Events will begin at the scheduled time to ensure timing and materials stay consistent.

Welcome to our party event booking! We specialize in creating memorable celebrations for all occasions.

Availability is limited.

Important: We require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice for all party bookings to ensure we can provide the best experience for your celebration.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your Party Experience, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Because all supplies are ordered specifically for each party, payments are NON-Refundable. 

If you need to reschedule:

One reschedule may be accommodated with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. 

*Please note Party Experience is a hosted experience with limited availability. Booking early helps ensure your preferred date and allows us to prepare everything needed for a smooth, memorable celebration. 

🌧️ Weather & Illness Policy
In the event of severe weather or illness, we understand that plans may need to change.

  • If severe weather makes travel unsafe, one reschedule may be accommodated based on availability.

💛 Our Goal
Our goal is always to create a safe, fun, and stress-free experience for everyone involved. Open communication helps us do that.

🤒 Day-Of Illness Protocol
The health and safety of all children is important to us.

  • If a guest is feeling unwell on the day of the party, we kindly ask that they do not attend.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for individual guests who are unable to attend on the day of the event.

Because all materials are prepared and ordered in advance, the booked headcount is final.

💛 Helpful Option 
If a guest is unable to attend due to illness, their bear and materials may still be kept by the host to enjoy at home.

📸 Photo & Video Use

  • Parrita Creations may take photos or short videos during the party for promotional use.
  • Personal information will never be shared.

Guest may opt out of photo or video use by notifying us prior to the event.

🧼 Materials & Care

  • While all activities are guided and organized, Parrita Creations is not responsible for accidental stains, damage to clothing, or personal items.
  • We recommend guest wear clothing suitable for crafting activities.

📍 Limitation of Liability

Parrita Creations is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that may occur during the party. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
