🧸 Create-A-Bestie is a Birthday Party Experience

Create-A-Bestie is a hosted birthday party experience where kids don’t just attend a party — they create a cuddly best friend of their very own to take home and treasure.

This experience is designed to be interactive, organized, and fun, without the stress or mess parents worry about. Every step is guided, making it a smooth and memorable celebration for both kids and adults.

✨ What to Expect

During the Create-A-Bestie experience, each child will:

  • Choose their own plush bear
  • Take part in a sweetheart moment before stuffing their bear
  • Help stuff and shape their new bestie
  • Decorate a bear T-shirt
  • Complete a birth certificate for their bear

The experience is fully guided by Parrita Creations, so parents can relax while kids enjoy a hands-on activity they’ll be talking about long after the party ends.

This package is for 8 children for $280. Additional children are $35 per child.

Create-A-Bestie parties last approximately 2-4 hours, depending on group size.

The experience is structured and organized, using pre-portioned materials and clear steps to keep everything manageable and enjoyable.

Policies

Cancellation Policy

To reserve your Create-A-Bestie Birthday Party Experience, full payment is required at the time of booking. 

Because all bears and supplies are ordered specifically for each party, payments are NON-Refundable. 

If you need to reschedule:

One reschedule may be accommodated with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. 

*Please note Create-A-Bestie is a hosted experience with limited availability. Booking early helps ensure your preferred date and allows us to prepare everything needed for a smooth, memorable celebration. 

Discounts and coupons cannot be used for these events.

🌧️ Weather & Illness Policy
In the event of severe weather or illness, we understand that plans may need to change.

  • If severe weather makes travel unsafe, one reschedule may be accommodated based on availability.
  • If the birthday child is ill, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can discuss rescheduling options.

Because all materials are ordered in advance, payments remain non-refundable. However, we are happy to work with families to reschedule when possible with adequate notice.

🤒 Day-Of Illness Protocol
The health and safety of all children is important to us.

  • If a guest is feeling unwell on the day of the party, we kindly ask that they do not attend.
  • Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for individual guests who are unable to attend on the day of the event.

Because all materials are prepared and ordered in advance, the booked headcount is final.

💛 Helpful Option for Parents
If a guest is unable to attend due to illness, their bear and materials may still be kept by the host family to enjoy at home.

📸 Photo & Video Use

  • Parrita Creations may take photos or short videos during the party for promotional use.
  • Children’s names or personal information will never be shared.

Parents may opt out of photo or video use by notifying us prior to the event.

🧼 Materials & Care

  • While all activities are guided and organized, Parrita Creations is not responsible for accidental stains, damage to clothing, or personal items.
  • We recommend children wear clothing suitable for crafting activities.

📍 Limitation of Liability

Parrita Creations is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or allergic reactions that may occur during the party. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
